The Rundown: Clutch thinks back on the worst moment of his life as a new complication arises in his mission.
Years ago, Clutch has stolen another car with his daughter and the two almost get away before Womack and the brand new eCops catch up to them and begin to chase them. During the chase, the robots decide to override Womack and kill Clutch’s daughter. In the present, Clutch and his granddaughter are being chased by Womack and finally manage to get away.

At the same time, people are inspired by what Clutch is doing while the man who promised to help his granddaughter decides to call in mercenaries to bring Clutch down as he meets up with friends and gets back on the road to deliver his granddaughter to the doctor who could possibly help her.
The Story: Murphy continues to create a thrilling chase in this issue. I like the look back on the events that have hardened Clutch and how it has strengthened his resolve. I’m hoping that the story goes a little deeper as it develops because as much as I enjoy a good chase, I don’t get much of a sense that there is anything deeper to this story than that. While elements of it continue to be fun, I struggle to find much to care about in regards to the world of the story and its characters.
The Art: Murphy delivers great art throughout the issue. I love the car designs and the great scene in the garage that showcases some great cars from popular culture.
