The Rundown: Two new stories of fear are explored.

Take One

It is Halloween night and Phil and his friends decide to pay a visit to the home of the recently killed Mr. Xander. After finding that someone put a bowl of candy on the porch with a very specific note, the three boys decide to throw caution to the wind and take it all. A move that will attract some dangerous supernatural attention.

A brutal, violent and incredibly fun story that is bolstered by some beautifully detailed art and a great sense of humor both narratively and visually.

Shingo

Mrs. Clark is desperate to find an entertainer for her daughter’s birthday party and her ex failed to come through. When a card advertising a children’s entertainer named Shingo is left on her doorstep, she believes the day is saved. When Shingo arrives, he proceeds to entertain the children with games and songs while the parents argue. Unfortunately, the birthday girl and one of her friends are the only ones to notice that the rest of the kids are going missing one by one and Shingo seems to be getting hungrier by the moment.

A fun, funny and entertaining story from start to finish. The art is just as fun and entertaining as the story.
