The Rundown: John Henry Irons takes a new job and teaches his boss a few things.

In the wake of their battle with King Shazam, Superman continues the hunt for Brainiac with the help of John Henry Irons. Seeing what the man can offer, Clark offers him a very special job. One that will allow him to utilize and study Kryptonian technology while he assists Superman in his hunt and with his missions.
As the two continue to search for Brainiac, John begins work on a suit for himself. One that allows him to help Superman more closely as the pair deal with creatures created by Brainiac including Chemo and Atomic Skull. Creatures that John realizes Clark wants to do more than stop and becomes inspired in the process.
The Story: Aaron crafts a thrilling, entertaining and inspirational story in this issue. There are some great moments between Clark and John and I like how they challenge each other and how Clark discovers more of his humanity through their interactions. I love that John begins to see that he can be more through his time with Clark and I really enjoyed the introductions of familiar characters throughout the story and how the duo deals with them. I look forward to seeing where this story goes next.
The Art: Ferreyra creates some beautiful art throughout the issue. I not only love the character designs, but also the world of this story and how its characters interact with it. Everything looks amazing from start to finish.
