The Rundown: The Graves children discover their purpose as their friends investigate the moon.

Charlotte and her brothers make their way to the control room of Tranquility Base and discover people who seem to be excited that they have arrived and know them by name. On the bank of screen around them, they discover that the US has been invaded and that Aurora is launching a devastating counterattack against the invaders.

Ace and Val are deep in the mines inside the moon and discover some strange beings within who have plans for the pair as the Graves siblings are reunited with their parents who tell them they will decide what happens to the country. A decision they will have to make after Aurora deals with their former colleagues who orchestrated the invasion.

The Story: Snyder and Soule craft a thrilling, entertaining story in this issue. I continue to enjoy the expansion of this world and the weird, interesting and wild places the story goes in this issue. I love the growing levels of suspense as well as the action and adventure. I also really enjoy the character moments throughout and the story ends on a fantastic cliffhanger that makes me excited to see what happens next.

The Art: Camuncoli and Marcello Grassi deliver stunning imagery throughout the issue. I love the visuals and the visceral action throughout the story.
