The Rundown: The team is separated and find themselves in some interesting and dangerous parts of American history.

In the aftermath of their last adventure, Charlotte and Valentina wake up on the side of a hill outside a small town. They quickly discover not only where they are, but when as Paul Revere comes along to warn about the British invasion. Unable to find Ace and the others, the pair find themselves face to face with another Uncle Sam and a strange set of events that are altering time.

At the same time, Ace and the others appear in the middle of a city during a boisterous rally. One led by The Destiny Man. One that also appears to be using members of the team as heroes of the cause while two of them seem to be left out. Two who have apparently become public enemies to the public and have been spotted by the angry crowd.

The Story: Snyder and Soule are starting an interesting new arc with this issue. The story is entertaining and filled with intriguing character moments and themes. There seems to be an effort by the writers to take the reader on a journey to both the past and the future and the themes of tribalism and altering the truth of the past are incredibly engaging and compelling.

The Art: Camuncoli and Marcello Grassi deliver some fantastic visuals throughout the issue. The visual style of the issue is engaging and filled with gorgeous details.
