The Rundown: Jindari discovers a deeper conspiracy at play with stakes he cannot imagine.

Axel Jindari discovers the truth about who killed him and things take a dramatic turn as his new partner is not only outed as the killer, but is subsequently murdered in front of him. Not knowing who did it or why, he turns to the oracle they came to see and is given a new mission that will take him deep into the quarantine zone.
Jindari continues to see visions of battles he doesn’t remember fighting before he is ambushed and taken to a mysterious woman explains to him that his vision are real and that he has stumbled into a bigger conspiracy involving time travel and the altering of history. Alterations that he can still feel happening all around him.
The Story: Guggenheim crafts a dark, thrilling and engaging psychological mystery in this issue. I continue to love both the world building in this series as well as the mystery simmering at the heart of this story. Jindari is an interesting and compelling character and I love the buildup of tension and suspense throughout this issue before it reveals something huge that makes me excited to see what happens next.
The Art: Oezgen delivers beautifully detailed and visually vibrant art throughout the issue. I love the visual style of this issue a lot.
