The Rundown: Gloria fights for her life as Tracker takes on his nemesis.

After being attacked by Mayhem, Gloria is barely alive underwater and being kept alive by her mask. She is contacted by Sector who is monitoring her condition, but warns her not to go to the surface because Mayhem is waiting. Tracker goes after Mayhem and his attack exposes a dark clue as the two fight it out.
Gloria manages to make her way to shore, but one of Mayhem’s party is waiting for her. The ambush is foiled by another return and she goes looking for the injured Tracker as Mayhem contacts his dark patron with a new plan to bring down Tracker using someone that he loves.
The Story: Watters crafts a thrilling, suspenseful story in this issue. I continue to enjoy both the world building and interpersonal conflict throughout the story. It makes me interested in the back stories of these characters because Watters is doing a great job of planting seeds of conflict and threads to follow. There is some great action throughout the issue and I look forward to seeing where it goes next.
The Art: Parr creates some beautifully detailed and visually exciting art throughout the issue.
