The Rundown: The Hellions continue their fight against Arcade to escape his latest trap.

The Hellions are still trapped in Arcade’s simulation and unable to tell the passage of time as Psylocke believes she has aged in a lonely hellscape until Greycrow arrives from his own simulation. As the two plan how they can escape, Sinister is hard at work creating a clone farm for Arcade. Mastermind is barely holding on to control of the group with the threat of something horrible happening to his loved ones hanging in the balance.

Back in the simulation, Psylocke and Greycrow begin their journey to find a way out. When they meet up with the rest of the team, there isn’t time to catch up as they are surrounded by simulations out to kill them. In a last ditch effort to free herself and her teammates, Psylocke will reach beyond the illusion to the man creating it. Unfortunately, she will find a deeper conspiracy connected to someone she thought she could trust.

The Story: An exciting and thrilling adventure that comes to a surprising and intriguing conclusion. Wells delivers great dialogue and character interactions. I really enjoyed the humor in the issue as well with Sinister. Wells does a great job of building tension throughout and I liked that the story has more twists and turns in store for the characters. It does a great job of enhancing the character of Psylocke and I can’t wait to see how that is explored.

The Art: Segovia delivers some stellar visuals throughout this issue. The characters look amazing and the action is thrilling. A great looking issue with some expressive and beautifully detailed characters.
