The Rundown: Elsie and the others begin to discover what is happening at the facility.

Elsie and the other cats are being held in a testing facility and they wonder what the people are doing with the cats that they take away and bring back. A cat named Willow tells them that they are being tested and when Leland returns they discover quickly that he has been infected.
At the same time, a group of stray dogs are in the same facility and are desperate for information regarding why they are there. Information that is not readily available as they realize one of the men keeping them has a secret and that Moosh is the next one to be tested.
The Story: Fleecs crafts an interesting and entertaining story in this issue. I love that the story is split into two parts with Elsie and the others learning more about their circumstances and slowly discovering the danger they are in while the other side of the story with the Stray Dogs brings readers and fans back to that world and its engaging characters with Moosh as the bridge between them. I really love the growing mystery in this arc and look forward to seeing where it goes next.
The Art: Forstner and Rodriguez deliver beautifully detailed and visually exciting art throughout the issue.
