The Rundown: In the wake of what happened to the Joker, Selina’s quiet day is interrupted by the return of a familiar face. One who wants to kill her.

The Joker is dead and while there is no official suspect, everyone in that world knows who took him out. As Selina attempts to celebrate a quiet holiday alone, the return of Harley Quinn changes Selina’s plans. Harley decides to kill Selina for taking away her shot at killing Joker herself. As the two fight their way through Wayne Manor, Selina reveals some uncomfortable truth Harley should have learned years ago.

In the past, Selina wakes up and finds herself in the presence of the Phantasm. After determining what Andrea really wants from her, Selina discovers part of what Andrea is doing in Gotham.

The Story: I’ve been intrigued and entertained by this story since its inception and there are some awesome moments to be found throughout the series. This issue is good, but it doesn’t reach the emotional or thematic quality of the others. The Harley/Selina moments are fun, but feel forced both in dialogue and purpose. The Phantasm moments are compelling but way too short. I wish there was more to this story.

The Art: Clay Mann deliver some beautiful art throughout this issue. Everything from the characters to the backgrounds is filled with beautiful details.
