The Rundown: Some of the richest men in Star City are being hunted by a killer with no remorse.

In the wake of the murder of Oliver Queen, his former business partner finds himself being hunted by a mysterious figure who slaughters all his guards before turning his blades and arrows on the former partner.
Former police officer and professional MMA fighter Dinah Lance has been hired by Hector Hammond and his company to not only protect their new CEO. As they investigate Oliver Queen’s former base, the group is attacked by a masked figure who has a personal animosity towards everyone in the room as Dinah discovers a dark secret hidden in the former base of operations.
The Story: Pichetshote delivers a dark, thrilling and entertaining story in this first issue. The story has a dark, brooding aesthetic that makes everything happening in the story feel unique and new. This is a darker version of the emerald archer and I found myself intrigued with the possibility of who it is and what they actually want. I love having Dinah at the center of the story and how her investigation gives insight into the world of this story and the character at the center of it.
The Art: Albuquerque delivers stunning art throughout the issue. The imagery perfectly captures the tone and mood of the story.
