The Rundown: Cliff and Betty must fight to stop a Nazi super weapon from turning the tide of the war.

After destroying the mountain weapon, they discover Betty and Cliff discover that the Nazi’s have added a smaller version to a zeppelin and are planning on turning it against the nearby village. British spy Ballard is there to help as well, but the ship takes off before they can stop it and Cliff and Betty are forced to separate in order to fly and stop it.
Ballard makes his way onto the ship to stop the Nazis and Cliff finds bringing the thing down harder than he imagined. The two will have to find a way to bring down the ship as it gets closer to the village and prepares to wipe it from the map.
The Story: Hardman brings this story to a bold, impressive and exciting conclusion. There is amazing action throughout and the ticking clock of the plot works to create a sense of immediacy in everything the characters do. I continue to love returning to this world and seeing how different writers explore and expand the world of the Rocketeer.
The Art: Kotz creates some visually thrilling and impressive art throughout the issue. I love the classic comic book style of the imagery as well as the character designs.
