The Rundown: Kutter and Moon face off against the killer and discover a devastating truth.

Kutter and Moon have barely escaped from the ruins of the senator’s home and discover that the woman herself, a former Power, was not home at the time and arrives on the scene. As things continue to spin out of control, Senator Ngozi manifests her powers to transport herself and the two detectives to the home of the next victim on the killer’s list.

As the three arrive, they find the killer targeting another person from the poker game and they go on the attack. As a battle rages, another Power joins the fight as Kutter realizes that there is something strange about the Powers this person is using. As they finally get the upper hand, they reveal the killer and discover his connection to the victims and the poker game.

The Story: Bendis crafts a thrilling, entertaining and action-packed story in this issue. There are some great action sequences throughout the issue and I really enjoyed the reveal at the end of the issue. I continue to love the evolution of this world and its characters and there are some really interesting character dynamics and mysteries being explored in this series and I cannot wait to see where it goes next.

The Art: Michael Avon Oeming really shines with the art in this issue. There is amazing action throughout the issue and the art is stunning and visually thrilling throughout.
