The Rundown: Iron Lad addresses the world to recruit more Ultimates as time runs out.
With time running out before the Maker returns, Tony Stark decides to address the world. As he takes over every communication system on the planet from the Ultimates secret base, he tells everyone watching and listening the truth about the world they live in and the people controlling it.
At the same time, the Ultimates continue their missions across the world bringing down operations led by the Maker’s subordinates while Steve shows two former enemies forgiveness. America Chaves pays a final visit to someone as the people begin to rise up, the Maker’s most trusted begin to prepare and Nick Fury keeps an eye on the Ultimates.
The Story: Camp crafts a thrilling story in this issue. The plot brings all of the story elements together as the characters prepare for the endgame with the Maker and I loved seeing all of the action across the world and different realms as well as the other characters in this universe learning the truth and what that will mean going forward. The message in the issue is definitely relevant and timeless and I look forward to seeing what it all means for the universe in the next issue.
The Art: Frigeri delivers stunning art throughout the issue. I love the visual style and the character designs a lot. A beautiful looking issue from start to finish.
