The Rundown: Iron Man launches his plan to bring down Feilong once and for all with some otherworldly help.
Tony Stark is ready to go into battle and decides to deliver a present to his wife Emma Frost who is preparing for her role in the upcoming mission. A mission that almost gets derailed by an attack on the Hellfire Club by Feilong that forces Tony to don his new Iron Man armor.
As Iron Man takes to the skies, he meets up with the fleet of ships Feilong and Orchis knew about and lands in Australia. With Feilong in his new War Machine armor descending to battle him and surrounded by Sentinels, Tony reveals the surprise he has waiting for them.
The Story: Duggan delivers some fantastic action throughout the issue while ramping up the tension to a level that pays off many of the emotional arcs that have been introduced in this story. I continue to enjoy the interactions between Tony and Emma and their dynamic sells me on the story a lot. There are some great surprises in the issue and I love the surprise at the end and what it means for the story going forward.
The Art: Lee delivers some fantastic art in the issue. The visuals are fun, filled with amazing detail and have an awesome energy that matches the energy and action of the story.
