As their friends are on the run, Mother Hubbard and Bellwether discuss their relentless nemesis Blacktop Bill. They begin with his life before the Big PM and how he seemed to be a stable, loving family man. How he was suspected to be a hitman for the mob, but they discover that he was something much worse. An evil that almost cannot be defined.

From what little they do know, they discuss that beyond his job killing other killers, Bill had a passion for personal kills. Kills that require a specific set of tools and a determination to use them. As they discuss the man’s twisted history, Mother Hubbard warns them that getting on his bad side will bring them nothing but horror.
