The Rundown: Robin continues chronicling her time on a hostile alien world.

Things continue to be tense for Robin as she continues to report on her life on the alien planet she has no escape from. After trying to learn more about the planet and its culture, Robin finds her inability to understand the language leaves her vulnerable to a death cult that sends her deeper into the planet.

After emerging, she is given a tour of the deeper levels of the planet before being deposited with a group of slaves planning a rebellion. A rebellion that will bring her face to face with an unusual nemesis.

The Story: Kindt continues to craft an interesting and engaging story filled with a wonderfully dark and interesting tone. I enjoy how unique the story is and the unknown nature of its narrative. I love that I cannot predict where the story is going and that this issue would build on the suspense it was creating until it delivered a gut punch of a cliffhanger.

The Art: McDaid delivers beautiful imagery throughout the issue. A wonderful looking book filled with great detail and world building.
