Warner Brothers is launching a DC Comics streaming service soon and has been hard at work developing content including reviving Young Justice as well as creating a new live-action Titans series.

Deadline got an exclusive story reporting that Warner Brothers is developing a half hour animated series based on  former Joker girlfriend and current Suicide Squad member Harley Quinn. According to sources, the studio has ordered 26 episodes of the adult-oriented animated series to run on the streaming service and has enlisted former Powerless executive producers Justin Halpern, Patrick Schumacker and Dean Lorey to bring the series to life.

To add icing to the cake, it is also being reported that current Harley Quinn actress Margot Robbie is being approached by the studio to provide the voice for Harley on the animated series which finds Quinn dealing with a huge cast of DC heroes and villains as she breaks away from Joker once and for all and sets her sights on being queen of the Gotham underworld.
