The Rundown: Oliver Queen breaks into the Hall of Justice and makes a dark alliance in the process.

Amanda Waller and her forces have taken control of the Hall of Justice and renamed it the Hall of Order. As they catalogue the spoils of their conquest, they discuss the security measures they’ve put in place to prevent the League from breaking in. At the same time, Oliver Queen proceeds to break into the facility and is caught and brought to Waller where she offers him a dark deal that will pit him against his friends.

At the same time, Connor takes a trip to another country to recruit an old friend of Oliver Queens, Diggle. In order to secure his help, he reveals that the target is someone they all know.

The Story: Williamson offers an entertaining story in this issue with some great thrills. I like the dark rise of Waller and how Oliver is forced to compromise his relationships with his friends in order to get what he wants. The story takes some dramatic and dark turns throughout that make me excited to see what happens with Oliver next.

The Art: Izaakse delivers some impressive and beautifully detailed art throughout the issue. The visual style is perfect for the kind of action in the story and I like the character designs a lot, especially Diggle.
