The Rundown: The kids must take on the most powerful man in the world in their first mission together.

Felicity stands alone against the President of the United States who also happens to be her father. Knowing that he has the scabbard filled with the soul of Mordred. At the same time, Kevin has found his way into the White House and when the president reveals too much to Fel, she finds out the location of where Connor’s grandmother is being held.
Kevin makes his way into the sub-basement and manages to use his newfound powers to open a gateway to Camelot and allow the rest of the team to emerge and take on the guards before they find a way to free Connor’s grandmother, retrieve the scabbard and escape. Unfortunately, Marnie and Merlin have to prepare the kids for their next encounter with Morgan le Fay.
The Story: Taylor crafts a fun story with great action throughout and a growing, engaging world that has me invested in the characters and their struggles. There is great action in the story as well as intense drama and the story builds to a fun conclusion that also teases a bigger, more interesting story to come.
The Art: Daniele Di Nicuolo crafts beautifully detailed and visually exciting art throughout the issue. I love the anime style of the issue and the series as a whole.
