The Rundown: The Quiet Man goes after Scarface as the gangster targets the opening of a hospital.

Penguin stands at a podium to begin the dedication ceremony for a new hospital in Gotham as Scarface and Wesker look on and the recently escaped Quiet Man moves into position. Batman and Robin move into position to find a way to bring down Wesker without alerting and panicking the crowd.
Robin goes after Wesker while Batman takes down the assorted henchmen in the area. Unfortunately, Robin is ambushed by the Quiet Man and must find a way to appeal to the grieving father to try to stop him from killing Wesker.
The Story: Phillip Kennedy Johnson crafts a thrilling, intense and engaging story in this issue. The story builds on every moment built through this arc and allows for some great emotional moments among the intense action. The story has some intense and compelling action throughout and comes together with a finale that is both frustrating and immensely engaging. I also really enjoyed the resolution at the end with Batman and Robin and what it means for their relationship going forward.
The Art: Ossio crafts some beautifully detailed and darkly intense art throughout the issue. I love the visual style and how it leans into and enhances the gritty environment and tone of the story.
