The Rundown: Logan goes on a mission of revenge after surviving a devastating attack.

The Republic’s attack on the Opposition decimates their ranks and only Wolverine and Sentinel One have survived. As they rocket towards the Kremlin, Wolverine has only one thing on his mind, revenge. At the same time, Dr. Prostovich is beginning her plans for what she plans to do with the Pheonix Specimen when Logan bursts through her lab and takes her hostage.
Taking him down to where they are keeping the specimen, Prostovich pleads for her life and shows him the woman being held by the Republic. After freeing her, Wolverine is attacked by Colossus and Magik and their battle will end with a reckoning for one and a new mission for the other.
The Story: Condon crafts a thrilling, entertaining adventure in this issue. Sending Logan on a potentially suicidal revenge mission is completely on brand for the character and I really enjoyed this story and how its events unfold. The action brilliantly progresses right up until the final confrontation with Colossus and I love how the story concludes.
The Art: Cappuccio delivers beautifully detailed and visually impressive art throughout the issue. Everything from the character designs to the action captures the tone and mood of this story and elevates them.
