The Rundown: Starscream has escaped and tracking him down will unleash a new threat to both the Ghostbusters and their Autobot allies.
After Starscream’s escape, the Ghostbusters and Autobots relocate to a new location to give the transformers some room to move around. After modifying their equipment to allow the autobots to trap ghosts themselves, they seek out Starscream only to find him and the powerful force that unleashed him on the Earth.
As the Ghostbusters work to find a solution to bring a bigger threat than a ghost Decepticon, they will find that they have a few tricks up their sleeves. Unfortunately, their gambit might result in a bigger threat being unleashed on them all.
The Story: Concept aside, this issue did a good to move the story along. Burnham has captured something interesting in this story and keeping the story fresh and inventive is something that keeps me coming back as a reader. I like the attitude the characters have and their interactions have a sense of style that makes the story engaging.
The Art: Dan Schoening delivers some impressive and beautiful art in this issue. Visually stunning, full of detail and fun to look at, this issue is full of exciting moments.
