Deron GenerallyTwo more DC Comics television veterans are joining the expanding cast of the five part Crisis on Infinite Earths crossover event coming to the CW.
According to multiple sources including CosmicBookNews.com and We Got This Covered, Smallville star Tom Welling and former Wonder Woman Lynda Carter will return to the DC universe for the crossover event that will span the CW DC Comics shows including Arrow, The Flash, Legends of Tomorrow, Supergirl and Batwoman.
Tom Welling is known for his role of Clark Kent in the series Smallville. The series showcased Clark’s journey to becoming Superman as he learns about his powers and his past. Welling can currently be seen in the DC Vertigo series Lucifer on Netflix and the upcoming series The Professionals.
Lynda Carter is known for playing Diana Prince aka Wonder Woman on the Wonder Woman series that aired from 1975 to 1979. She has recently returned to the DC Comics universe on television with her role as President Olivia Marsdin on Supergirl.
No word on who the stars will be playing, but it is confirmed that Brandon Routh will be doing double duty as both Ray Palmer on Legends of Tomorrow and the Kingdom Come inspired version of Superman for the upcoming crossover.
