The Rundown: Nick Fury and the Maker’s forces discover the power of the Vision.

The network feeding information and intelligence to the Ultimates is down and Nick Fury and his HAND forces are preparing to devastate Detroit. Unfortunately, they are unaware that someone has been working behind the scenes and beneath the eyes of the Maker, Vision.
After Hammond and Stark discover a way to send one person back before the Maker’s arrival, Hammond agrees to enter the past and begins secretly working on a way to counter the Maker and his forces as they rise to power. A way that will not only support the Ultimates in their actions, but also expose Fury to the truth as more people stand up and take up arms.
The Story: Camp ramps up the action, thrills and intrigue in this issue. I love the premise of this story immensely and how its pieces come together. I had literally forgotten about Hammond in the story and his return was perfectly timed in both circumstance and execution.
The Art: Noto creates some engaging art in the issue. I like the visual style a lot and how it frames focus on character rather than spectacle.
