Peter is on the run with the rest of the captured animal-themed people targeted by the ultra-rich guests of Kraven the Hunter. Central Park is covered in an unbreakable dome that can’t be breached from either side. He needs to find a way to escape in order to find and rescue both Black Cat and Billy Connors. Realizing that he is also a hero, he does his best to try and save as many of the hunted as he can, even the ones that have tried to kill him in the past.

Arcade has augmented hunter robots that are physically superior to the hunted and he deploys them to hunt down everyone in the park. Peter can’t save them all and since most of them are villains, they are betraying each other back and forth in order to save themselves. While the world watches events unfold, Mary Jane thinks about the things that use to distract her while she worried about Peter. Unfortunately for the sleeping MJ, she is going to have to start worrying about herself.

This is a great issue that does an amazing job of shifting between the multiple stories in a way where the reader stays engaged with the narrator and the part of the story being told. Nick Spencer has written a suspenseful and entertaining issue and the storyline itself continues to evolve in a way that keeps the reader off balance. I can’t wait to see where this story goes next.

Humberto Ramos always deliver beautiful and dynamic art and this issue is no different. The action looks amazing and Ramos conveys power and movement in his art.
