The Rundown: In the wake of tragedy and destruction, the girl will embark on a dangerous journey of love and discovery.

With destruction everywhere, the girl finds the last piece of her friend. A piece that will prompt her to take a perilous and dangerous journey across the world to where it all began.

As she makes her way to the place she remembers her journey starting, she finds reminders of the relationship she forged with her protector. A relationship that will bring her to a powerful means of changing her fate and forging her destiny.

The Story: As much as I love comics, it is rare for me to be thoroughly blown away by a comic book story. This issue blew me away. Spurrier crafts a beautifully moving, touching and transcendent story in this issue. Everything about it is evocative and brilliantly done. It has a wonderful, epic quality that is emotionally engaging with an ending that it is unexpected and emotionally satisfying.

The Art: Bergara delivers some truly mind blowing visuals throughout the issue. The art brilliantly conveys every emotion the character is feeling and evokes those emotions in the reader.
