The Rundown: Billy finds himself going on a wild adventure with the Creeper.

Billy Batson finds himself being interviewed by Jack Ryder about his podcast that centers on the adventures of the Captain. In the aftermath of the contentious interview, Jack offers to drive Billy home and he fools the young man into saying the words that turn him into the Captain.

After outing the hero and revealing himself to be the Creeper, the Captain and the Creeper team up to stop the Shadow Thief who is in the area and has kidnapped some powerful people.

The Story: Waid creates a fun and entertaining story in this issue. I continue to enjoy the lighter tone of this series and this issue had some great moments with Creeper and Billy. A fun, funny and inventive issue filled with satisfying moments.

The Art: Lupacchino delivers some great art in the issue that beautifully captures the visual fun of the story.
