The Rundown: Caspar and the rest of the Order are on the run, but they will find out just how exposed their betrayal has left them.

In the aftermath on the coordinated attack on every Order base around the world, the survivors gather to tend to their wounded and plan their next move. With Amon not among the dead, Tajana faces questions from Canto and others about how the man responsible for the attack somehow managed to escape. The stoic leader refuses to answer questions and Caspar finds himself in the uncomfortable position of watching the events unfold around him. With few answers forthcoming, Tajana makes the decision about what they will do next.

Utilizing the ancient history of the order, the leaders decide that the best way to protect the secrets is to bring the holders and keepers together in one hidden, fortified location in order to protect them all. As they begin their protocols and gather their teams from all over the world, Caspar and the others will soon realize that no place on Earth might be safe for them.

The Story: Tom Taylor continues to ramp up the action and adventure in this issue. The energetic plot keeps the reader engaged as the characters continue to evolve and grow. There is more emphasis on the rest of the characters in the story in this issue and it was good to see Caspar in the role of the observer this time. With the action packed cliffhanger and its implications looming, I am invested in seeing where this story goes next.

The Art: Daniele Di Nocuolo matches the tone, pace and energy of the story with the dynamic and action filled art. There are some great action beats throughout this issue and they add to the energy and tension of the story.
