Deron GenerallyNetflix released a new trailer for the upcoming reboot of the classic sci-fi series Lost in Space and it definitely looks exciting.
In the trailer, the Robinson family crashes on an alien planet and their ship, the Jupiter 2, sinks below the planet’s surface. As the family bands together to find a means of retrieving the ship and escaping the planet’s atmosphere, they discover both alien and human threats all around them including Parker Posey as Doctor Smith. Will Robinson discovers another form of life in the robot and there is a moment where we get to hear the iconic “Danger, Will Robinson” which in this trailer could mean almost anything.
There are some amazing visuals at play as well as the surface of the planet transitions from barren ice to unforgiving desert to giants storms. It was stunning to look at and will hopefully be a staple of the series.
