The Rundown: An undercover agent finds her mission more complicated while Nemesis gives a reporter a front row seat to his next statement.

Agent Tepper has gone undercover in Nemesis’ organization and is having a drink with her handler when she is presented with a challenge that will conflict with her mission and morals. Fortunately for her, the agency took this into account and planted someone that she could take out to preserve her cover as she is brought to the location of her cell. Unfortunately, she discovers that the woman whose identity she stole escaped custody.
At the same time, Nemesis is having a party as his billionaire alter ego and an ambitious reporter manages to crash with some probing questions about his past and where he got his money. Questions that will find her and her team on board a ship in ocean heading for a city where Nemesis has planned his next big show to the world.
The Story: Millar adds more depth and intrigue into a story filled with interesting moments and bombastic action. I love the thrills throughout the story and how dark and twisted Millar is willing to take events. I really enjoyed the allusion to other stories in this world and am interested in seeing if those stories intersect in some way.
The Art: Scalera delivers stunning art throughout the issue. I love the imagery and the beautifully detailed action.
