The Rundown: Moonshine and his crew come up with a plan to get out of the county and get a little revenge in the process.

The uncanny origin of Uncle Pineapple is revealed as Thaddeus and his assistant prepare the rebuilt sheriff to take on Moonshine and bring him down once and for all. At the same time, Moonshine is healing with the help of his friends and the woman he loves Amethyst. Moonshine comes up with a plan to stop the sheriff, rescue Uncle Pineapple and get out of town but he’s going to need a fast car to do it.

After luring Thaddeus and his forces into the woods, Moonshine makes his play using a new car and a lot of dynamite to lure the sheriff into a trap while the rest of his friends track down Uncle Pineapple to get him to safety before the final showdown between Moonshine Bigfoot and forces of evil.

The Story: Harlow and Howard bring this arc to a raucous and fun conclusion with huge action, thrills and bombastic storytelling. I love the tone of this story and the narration brings me back to shows like the Dukes of Hazzard. I really enjoyed the action in this issue and how the story sets up new adventures to come.

The Art: Ellis creates some beautiful art throughout the issue. From the character designs to the dynamic action, everything visually works for the tone of this story.
