Hasbro has created a worldwide phenomenon with their hit series My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic. Now a new star-studded feature film is on the way for fans of the series to enjoy.

My Little Pony: The Movie is a new movie from Hasbro and Lionsgate Films featuring the cast from the series being joined by some of Hollywood’s biggest stars in a brand new adventure. Tara Strong returns as Twilight Sparkle along with Ashleigh Ball, Andrea Libman, Nicole Oliver and Shannon Chan-Kent.


Joining them will be Emily Blunt (Mary Poppins Returns), Zoe Saldana (Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 2), Taye Diggs (Empire), Michael Pena (Ant-Man), Liev Schreiber (Ray Donovan), Uzo Adubo (Orange is the New Black), Kristin Chenoweth (American Gods) and Sia, who will be providing a new song for the movie.

A new dark force threatens Ponyville, and the Mane 6 – Twilight Sparkle, Applejack, Rainbow Dash, Pinkie Pie, Fluttershy, and Rarity – embark on an unforgettable journey beyond Equestria where they meet new friends and exciting challenges on a quest to use the magic of friendship and save their home.

My Little Pony: The Movie opens in theaters October 6, 2017 in the US and October 20, 2017 in the UK.
