At this year’s Star Wars Celebration in Chicago, the audience was treated with appearances from the JJ Abrams and others and the director unveiled the first footage and title of the upcoming 9th chapter in the Star Wars series.

The title alone is evocative in that the last film (titled The Last Jedi) seemed to be the end of Luke Skywalker’s journey, but this new teaser might confirm a fan theory that Rey is actually a Skywalker. The footage also shows Lando Calrissian (Billy Dee Williams) back in the pilot seat of the Millennium Falcon and Kylo Ren going to war.

With the tagline “Every generation has a legend.”, it’s going to be interesting to see what twists and turns Lucasfilm has in store for us.
