The Rundown: Tracy and Tess chase down leads that will send them on a dangerous trip across the ocean.

The Summer Sisters continue to wreak havoc throughout the city and their next target is a currency exchange connected to Big Boy Caprice. Tess continues her investigation and discovers something that Tracy needs to know about regarding a manifest from a ship that came in from Germany.

Tracy continues his investigation into the death of his wartime friend and decides to pay Breathless a visit when he discovers something that connects to her father. In the wake of their revelations and Tracy’s inability to stop his targets escape, Tess and Tracy decide to pick up their investigations with a trip to Europe where a familiar face is waiting.

The Story: Segura and Moreci deliver a thrilling, entertaining story in this issue. I love the progression of this arc and how intense things are getting for Tracy and Tess. I like the suspense within the plot and how each moment of it is connected to the others. I want to see Tracy become more of a detective and less of a rampaging bull in this series at times and I look forward to seeing what happens next.

The Art: Borges delivers great art throughout the issue. I love the visual style and how it captures the tone of the story brilliantly.
