The Rundown: Batman and his allies go on the offensive against a global conspiracy.

After freeing both Arrabella and her grandmother, the two are brought to Green Arrow’s base in Star City as Batman tells the pair what happened to them and how their friend Prion was a part of it. After revealing the details of his investigation, Batman suggests a plan that will help expose the true mastermind behind the assassinations.

Rita decides to help and is used to infiltrate the inner sanctum of a powerful global figure who has been using the family to perform assassinations around the world. Batman, Green Arrow and Black Canary infiltrate the offices and wage war on the company while its leader attempts to escape only to be confronted by Arrabella who must make a choice about who she will be going forward.

The Story: Taylor brings this arc to a satisfying and exciting conclusion with a story filled with great reveals, action and thrills. I love the pacing of the story and how the characters work together within it. All of the reveals are done well and I really enjoyed the battle scenes and how Arrabella is placed within the narrative. This was a great story arc for Batman and I would love to see more adventures with this group, including the fallen one.

The Art: Janin creates beautifully detailed and visually exciting art throughout the issue. I love the visuals in this story and the character designs are amazing.
