The Rundown: Batman goes hunting for Scarecrow as the infection removes his fears.

With only a few hours left before Bruce is forced into quarantine to protect the public from the infection removing his ability to feel fear, Batman finds himself feeling the effects as things that he naturally would be cautious about he takes on blindly. After tracking one of the men who took Scarecrow from Arkham, the criminal has no fear of giving up the location as well as confirming his involvement with the Lion.
After calling Superman, Batman gives his friend something that he calls his own kryptonite in case Batman succumbs to infection and puts lives in danger. Batman suits up in a special quarantine suit to go after Crane and finds another trap laid by the Lion. A trap Batman and his allies will discover is because of a personal connection between the Lion and the Dark Knight.
The Story: Taylor crafts a fun, exciting and thrilling story in this issue. I love the time elements of the story and how it raises the level of suspense as Bruce begins to feel the affects of the infection. I love the subtle moments of showing how he is changing as well as the interaction between Bruce and Clark. There is great action throughout the story and an awesome reveal that made me excited as a fan.
The Art: Janin delivers stunning art throughout the issue. Everything from the character designs to the action jumps of the page.
