The Rundown: Pearson fights for her life as a dangerous entity begins to take over the crew.
In the present, Pearson finds herself being saved by an unexpected ally as she runs from a deformed member of her crew wanting her to join the others. In the recent past, Pearson and the other members of the crew gather to decompress after a difficult mission. Things get strange when the crew begin to tell the same story among each other. A story Pearson never shared because it happened to her.
After looking for Kate, Pearson discovers that someone has attacked another member of the crew. After taking him to the sickbay, she discovers an infection within him. An infection that is released by another crewman who comes after Pearson.
The Story: Andry and Daniel deliver a thrilling adventure throughout this issue. The story has some great sci-fi/horror elements that remind me of great stories like The Thing or Alien. I love he buildup of tension and suspense throughout the story and everything culminates in a great cliffhanger that makes me excited to see what happens next.
The Art: Sanchez offers great art throughout the issue. The visuals are stunning and filled with beautifully, gory detail.
