The Rundown: A young man takes an unusual job and finds that it is not what it seems.

Chuck is a young man looking for a job to help him support his sister. With limited options in an unlimited world, he takes a position with a company called Temp that brings workers to different parallel universes. The one he is assigned to requires him to be a warrior for one of two factions fighting for rival time lords.
He finds out quickly how bad the job is not only with the constant threat of death, but the fees he incurs that are taken out of his pay. As he tries to navigate an ever changing and dangerous war, he decides to finally complain and that leads to something darker targeting him.
The Story: Camp continues to craft a fun, funny and interesting story in this series and this issue does a great job of continuing to build on the strange and unique world Camp is building. The story is fun with some interesting and entertaining twists throughout the story. I continue to enjoy the world of this story, but I am wondering if there is a through line to the world of this series that I am not getting because I can’t seem to see a place where these stories are leading me as a reader.
The Art: Zawadzki creates some beautifully detailed and visually thrilling art throughout the issue.
