Macrothrax has stolen the Pym Particles and bulked up his army to destroy humanity. Using Stinger’s stolen helmet, he controls the army of insects making its way to the coast and Scott and Cassie are powerless to stop him. Cassie decides to disobey her dad and go after the swarm and Scott receives help from an unlikely ally.

As Cassie fights Macrothrax, Scott comes to the rescue with an army of his own. An army that will give him an advantage and hopefully give Cassie a fighting chance.

The Story: Zeb Wells brings this series to a fun and satisfying conclusion. The dialogue is great and the dynamic between Scott and Cassie shines in their interactions. The threat is entertaining and the action is fantastic. I really enjoyed the humor as well and the tone of it didn’t take away from the stakes of the story.

The Art: Dylan Burnett’s style is perfect for this story and these characters. The action scenes are great and there are some beautiful details throughout the panels. A great looking issue.
