The Rundown: Adventurrman faces a ghost with a devious plan. Hopefully, she won’t have to do it alone.

Claire finds herself captured and bound by the ghost of a gangster who has plans to bring back the world that he remembers. At the same time, the new Crossdraw Kid races beneath the city to find Claire and rescue her while taking on ghost forces determined to stop him.

At their home, Claire’s son has gathered his aunts together to tell them that Claire needs help and that they need to take the Adventureman formula in order to get the powers they need to help her. Beneath the city, Caspar prepares to unleash destruction in order to bring back his world.

The Story: I continue to love the pulp elements of this series and the characters are wonderfully engaging and fun to read. The story is compelling and drew me back into this world quickly with an intensity and suspense that I have been waiting for from this series. There is a great buildup of suspense and drama as the worlds continue to be draw closer together. I love this series a lot and cannot wait to see what happens in the next issue.

The Art: I am in awe of the impressive and visually stunning art of Terry and Rachel Dodson in this issue. Every page and panel is visually compelling and engaging and brilliantly propel the story along.
