The Rundown: Clea finally learns of her destiny, but can she trust the entity advising her?

Cleo finds herself surrounded by civil war ghosts who get more powerful the closer they get to her. Desperate to stop them, she runs and is confronted by the ghost boy who has been following her. When she discovers that everything she has been experiencing is real, she finally decides to listen to the boy about her destiny.

Enlisting the help of her best friend, the pair go looking for a location that will have a thin connection to the other side. Unfortunately, Cleo could discover too late that her ghost companion might be just as dangerous as the entity they’re going off to face.

The Story: An intense, entertaining and thrilling story throughout. The plot continues to create some great moments for the character while also crafting a great mystery that is highly engaging. I loved the small twists and turns the story takes and the big ones that make you question who Cleo can trust. I can’t wait to get to the next issue and see how everything comes together.

The Art: Lorenzana delivers some beautifully detailed and visually thrilling art throughout the issue. I love how the art matches the intensity of the story.
