The Rundown: Batman must team with Mr. Freeze and his wife if there is any hope of stopping the Green.

Batman has made it to Victor’s underground machine and must convince Nora to not kill them both. As he finds a way to get through to her, he finds himself playing marriage counselor to the pair as they finally agree to save the city using a machine Freeze designed to freeze it for them.
Emerging from the sewers, the three fight their way to a hidden lab to trigger the device and Nora discovers a piece of her humanity when they are tasked with saving a child from a killer plant. A piece of humanity that might help them save the city and each other.
The Story: Taylor crafts a thrilling adventure in this issue. I like the focus on the relationship between Victor and Nora and how Batman sees the relationship. There’s great action throughout the issue and I enjoy how Taylor is fleshing out Nora as an actual person and not just the object of Victor’s obsession. Something the story discusses opening through Batman. An enjoyable continuation of the storyline with a great, tension filled ending.
The Art: Henry crafts some beautifully detailed art throughout the issue and I really love the character designs.
