The Rundown: Maxine Danger begins the next part of her plan to take the X-Men off the field.

Xorn and Psylocke find themselves ambushed in the sky as Quentin and Temper fight with Magneto over what to do about the attack on Glob. At the same time, Maxine Danger and her team at Beyond are reveling in what they have created and waiting for the fallout of the X-Men being divided and under attack.
Beast manages to rescue the sheriff, but the rest of the team is in trouble from a creature they do not understand. When the others get swallowed by the creature, Beast decides to do something dangerous in order to get them back. Danger decides to tie up some loose ends with Greycrow, but she is unaware that someone has infiltrated her facility.
The Story: MacKay crafts a thrilling, intense and entertaining story in this issue. I love the nonstop action and adventure throughout the story and how the characters are challenged within it. The story has some great moments for both sides of the conflict and brings the action and intrigue to a head with the surprise cliffhanger towards the end of the issue. I will definitely be picking up the next issue to see what happens.
The Art: Diaz creates beautifully detailed and visually exciting art throughout the issue. I love the visual style of the story and the intensity of the characters emotions.
