The Rundown: Collins discovers his simple murder case has global implications.

Fiodrow has a secret meeting with someone important who reminds her of how important the subject of her case actually is. At the same time, Collins finds himself in the snow. As his snow blindness recedes, he sees the man he’s looking for and gets the drop on him.

After he surrenders, Collins interviews the man and discovers not only who he is and what his history is, but he also learns that the man has a powerful person in the government. Someone who could make relations between the nations difficult if he pays for his crimes. Unfortunately, events become wrought when Collins is forced to hand off the subject and something goes wrong.

The Story: Kudranski delivers a dark, thrilling and interesting story in this issue. It creates great tension throughout the story and brings all of the story elements together in a way that makes the conclusion satisfying and engaging.

The Art: Kudranski creates gloriously detailed and visually engaging art throughout the issue. I love the art style of this series and every page and panel has something that connects with the reader.
