The Rundown: Nemesis barely escapes capture and has to change his plans.

After releasing poison gas into a city, Nemesis finds his escape plan cut off and surrounded by police in full tactical gear. As he fights his way out of the trap, he wonders how his plan failed and places the blame on the woman in charge of communication.
Tepper is still undercover with another team in San Francisco and Nemesis decides to pay them a visit with his comms woman to give them an object lesson in what happens if they fail him before he pays a visit to his old stomping grounds seeking the power to complete his mission. A power that will cost him his soul.
The Story: Millar crafts a thrilling, engaging and entertaining story in this issue. I love seeing the character dealing with some peril and the teases of other characters in the world is a great way to expand the world of Nemesis and create drama. The story has some great moments for Tepper as well and I like seeing the evolution of the story as both sides get closer to meeting face to face. I cannot wait to see how this story ends.
The Art: Scalera delivers fantastic art throughout the issue. I love the visual style of the issue as well as the beautifully detailed imagery throughout it.
