The Rundown: Cloak and Dagger defend a human base against an attack by Fenris.

Years ago, the release of the X-Virus causes cities to empty with Cloak and Dagger staying behind to help as much as they can. In the present, Ty is locked in an alternate universe with the couple’s daughter as Tandy checks on the condition of the military officer they were working with.

When Fenris returns, Ty takes over and fights to defend the base and their allies while Tandy stays with their daughter. When the battle begins to overwhelm him, he refuses to switch with Tandy prompting their daughter to take matters into her own hands.

The Story: Ireland delivers a fun, thrilling and entertaining story in this issue. I continue to love not only the circumstances the characters find themselves in, but also the exploration of their relationship because of it. There are some great moments of action in the story and I am engaged and intrigued by the mystery surrounding their daughter.

The Art: Tammetta delivers stunning art throughout the issue. I love the visual style and the character designs a lot.
