The Silencer, Talia Al Ghul and Silencer’s young son are literally caught in the crossfire when they are stuck in a restaurant surrounded by assassination robots trying to kill them all. Fortunately for young Ben, he’s been safely hidden in a Zone of Silence and can neither see or hear the chaos going on around him. As they fight for their lives, both women accuse the other of bringing this fight on the other.

As they continue their fight, both women reveal some truth to each other and every moment makes me feel less and less for Talia and become more concerned for how Silencer is going to get out of this mess. The man behind the attack order goes a little too far in his negotiations with Deathstroke as he surveys the current situation and waits for it to be over. Back in the restaurant, both Honor and Talia continue to fight for their lives, but their animosity towards each other might mean only one of them coming out of their alive.

There is a lot going on in this issue and the tension in it is palpable, especially between Honor and Talia. Their back and forth in the midst of the chaos is great writing that is gritty and visceral. Something that is only enhanced for the better with the great art. I really liked this issue because as much as was put into the action, I never lost the sense of story. The continues to be a great book with some interesting stories and new characters being introduced that I find interesting as well.
