The Sin
The Mandalorian has returned to collect his bounty, but there are going to be complications.
Having returned to the planet, The Mandalorian completes his mission and collects his reward. After asking what will happen to the child, he is rebuffed and returns to get a new mission. One that will take him far away where he can forget what he just did.
After getting some awesome upgrades to his armor, the outcome of the mission continues to nag at him. When he goes back to where he dropped off the child, he overhears something disturbing. Something that will prompt him to break the code of the guild and put a target on his back.
But he will get some unexpected and welcome help.
The Mandalorian continues to be the perfect blend of action, adventure and heart with this third episode. Everything that has been built from the first two episodes comes to glorious fruition in this episode and I cannot begin to articulate how brilliantly executed and glorious the ending of this episode was. Our lack of knowledge of this character adds to the tension of every episode where you constantly wonder what he will do next and what it will mean to the story going forward. His choices in this episode as well as the consequences have set up some awesome story point going forward. A part of me wondered if the first season would consist of multiple bounty missions, but I was pleasantly surprised at how the twist in this episode opens up so many new story possibilities.
I cannot wait to see where this story goes next.
