Rana and Clarence fight to rescue the young boy from Duke and Tatiana. As the trees blaze around them, they pair get some unexpected help from a woman named Cathy. Cathy reveals she can protect people with the energy she creates.
As the small group looks for a way to escape, their proximity to each other reveals more about their connection. As the group looks for a place to hide, Duke reveals that he has another Star Sign waiting in the wings for the next part of his mission.
The Story: A rousing, entertaining and thrilling adventure from Ahmed. I continue to love the rising tension and reveals within this issue and series. The story and characters continue to be engaging and interesting and the plot allows for the reveals to feel organic and connect with the reader. I look forward to seeing where the story goes next.
The Art: Levens delivers beautifully detailed and engrossing art. I love the visual style of this issue and the characters look amazing.
